TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

This is a family oriented holiday park and no all male or all female groups are allowed. Accommodation
will be let to under 25's at management discretion.
The first named person on the booking form shall be responsible for the booking and observance of
these conditions by the whole party regardless of who signs the form or in fact whether the form is signed
or not. Bookings must be paid for at least six weeks prior to date of commencement, in default of which
management reserve the right to cancel the booking and any deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations with
less than six weeks to the booking commencement date will incur 100% percent of the charges which
would have applied should the booking have taken place. deposits are not refundable. cancellations
must be confirmed in writing. Pets of any type are not allowed in hired holiday homes without permission.
Bookings include free parking for one vehicle for the duration of the stay. One additional car will be
allowed subject to a charge of £15per week.
No vans, motorbikes or commercial vehicles of any type are allowed.
Visitors:- should you have visitors during your stay please note that the number of people
on the park or at the holiday home at any one time cannot exceed the maximum number
permitted for that unit, usually 6 Maximum. (This number includes you and anyone in your
party). It is a strict condition that visitors cars must be parked on the car park near the
entrance and not taken past the office without permission. Entrance barriers are in
operation and for the duration of your stay you will be issued with a pass to enable access
during these hours. This pass is for your personal use only and on no account should it be
used to allow entry by another vehicle without permission from the park office.
Holiday homes will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day
of departure. Later times may be allowed subject to availability. Last check in time is 6pm on day of arrival
unless agreed otherwise in writing. It is a condition of booking that holiday homes are vacated in a clean,
tidy & undamaged condition and ready for immediate re-letting. Vacuum cleaners are provided for your
convenience. A £50 deposit must be paid and will be refunded following departure subject to theabove.
No refund will be made if smoking has taken place within the caravan holiday home.
A copy of the park rules is displayed in each caravan and must be observed as should any notices or
signs . The management reserve the right to terminate immediately any occupation where nuisance is
caused or disruption to other guests occurs. In this event no refunds will be made. Whilst every
endeavour will be made to ensure your stay is a comfortable one, management reserve the right to
cancel bookings at any time at their discretion should forces beyond their control dictate. Please note we
have no control over the British weather. Bookings are not transferrable. It is an express condition of
booking that we cannot be held responsible for any personal injury or damage to property nor non
availability of accommodation or amenities due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the
right to make improvements or alterations without notice for the general good or improvement of the park.
Children should be supervised whilst using the play equipment at all times. The first named person on the
booking form hereby undertakes to indemnify Kingfisher Holiday Park for the cost of all damage
howsoever caused whilst they or any member of their party, guests or visitors are using the hire caravan
or the park facilities. Last check in time is 6pm on day of arrival, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
